Sage Smudge Sticks can be used for any number of purposes, mainly as an incense, a mild subtle aroma in a vase, or traditionally it was used by Native American Indians in a purification ritual. The most common use today is as a smoldering aroma as an incense. It is best to light one end and then blow it out so you can let the stick smolder.
